Complaint | Warranty
The products of rie:sel design are subject to regular quality control checks. Should one of our products not function properly contrary to expectations, we deeply regret this.
In addition to the statutory warranty for material defects, rie:sel design – Ulrike Rieber offers the consumer a voluntary and additional warranty on material and production defects. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and is valid for a period of 24 to 36 months, depending on the product category.
If you experience any issues with our products, please don't hesitate to contact your specialist retailer or rie:sel design directly. Even outside of the warranty period, we will always find a fair solution to keep you within the rie:sel family.
No warranty claims are accepted in the case of:
- Improper handling or use
- Wear and tear due to use
- Failure to follow usage and assembly instructions
- Damage from falls/accidents
The following products have a warranty period of 36 months:

Warranty claims are at the discretion of rie:sel design. rie:sel design is not liable for damages, especially not for indirect damages, consequential damages, or incidental damages. Warranty and material defect claims can only be made by the original owner with a valid purchase receipt. We will only exchange the item for the same model. If the model is no longer available, rie:sel design reserves the right to replace the item with an equivalent alternative. In this case, we will inform you in advance.
